We want you to love your hand-blown glass art as much as we loved creating it. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange your item within 30 days of purchase, provided it remains in its original, pristine condition.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the glassybaby items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Carefully wrap your hand-blown glass in its original gift box and shipping materials to ensure it remains safe during its journey back to our studio.
Attach the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your shipping carton.
Receive Your Refund
Once our artisans inspect the returned glass, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue a store credit for exchanges within 7-10 business days.
